12th Annual City Blossom

City Blossom is an annual fundraiser hosted by the Sioux Falls Area Community Foundation that utilizes the power of philanthropy to make a lasting impact on individuals and organizations throughout our community. Traditionally, the event has been held at a newly constructed building to give guests a first look at the facility. This year, City Blossom took place at the new Avera on Louise location, which is not open to the public until fall 2019.

As soon as guests stepped foot into the main entrance, they were instantly met with the fact that the space was still an active construction site. Hundreds of fresh tulips adorned areas throughout the atrium and guest tables in this beautiful space. Filled with music, natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows, a photo lounge and delicious bites and beverages, City Blossom left a lasting impression on its guests. Prior to attendees departing the event, each couple was presented with the signature City Blossom token of appreciation –  a fresh tulip bouquet to represent the blossoming of the city of Sioux Falls.
