The 301 by The Event Company is the new home for corporate, non-profit, and social events at the Washington Pavilion, Orpheum Theatre Center, the Alcove, and the Lodge in downtown Sioux Falls.

Addie Poppe with The 301 and Bob Wendland with the Washington Pavilion joined Dakota News Now with more on the new location.

“The 301 is the partnership between The Event Company and the Washington Pavilion. We come in to manage and sell all of the event spaces, and then we handle all of the event from the beginning, with client inquiry, all the way through until the lights turn off that evening,” said Poppe.

“Anything from weddings to corporate events, conferences, socials, family events. We do some family reunions.”

“The Pavilion has been a staple in Sioux Falls and downtown Sioux Falls for over 25 years now. So, we’re really looking at this as just another opportunity for us to open our doors to the community. Whether it’s an organization, or it’s a community group, or it’s a family trying to celebrate something, we really are excited to work with The Event Company to just keep our doors open and keep our days active at the Pavilion,” said Wendland.

Through The 301, those looking to plan events can easily plan events in the many beautiful spaces offered by the Washington Pavilion and Orpheum Theatre in downtown Sioux Falls.
